DriveDecision provides vehicle reliability data, total cost of ownership calculations, and related APIs. Our data is sourced from public NHTSA records and third-party providers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. API Usage

API access is subject to the following conditions:

• API keys are non-transferable and for your use only
• You must not exceed the rate limits for your plan
• You must not use the API for any illegal purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our systems
• Attribution is required for public-facing applications

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Scrape or harvest data beyond API rate limits

7. Limitation of Liability

DriveDecision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
